The Shady Side Academy Bulldogs topped the host Valley Vikings basketball team by a final score of 65-56 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Seton LaSalle Rebels (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 28. Shady Side Academy will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 7-10 record after their 61-30 non-league win over Carrick (Pittsburgh, PA).
With the defeat, Valley moves to 4-14 on the year. The Vikings host Derry (Derry, PA) to face the Trojans in a WPIAL 3A 3 game on Friday, February 3. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 8-9.
