Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Clovis Cougars (Clovis, CA), 58-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Grizzlies host Clovis West (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 22-2. Clovis West won 50-35 in their recent league bout against Clovis North (Fresno, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 10. Clovis will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
