Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA), 48-17 in a league bout.

With the victory, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Miners host West Park (Roseville, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 9-0.

Next up, the Fighting Zebras play the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 0-21 season record.
