The Adams Cougars basketball team (Dallas, TX), was overwhelmed 53-32 in Friday's league battle with the host Seagoville Dragons (Dallas, TX)
The Dragons now possess a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spruce for a 5A Region II District 12 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Seagoville will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 76-6 league loss to Poteet (Mesquite, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 7-10.
The Cougars (2-17) will now prepare for their battle against Samuell (Dallas, TX). The Spartans come into the 5A Region II District 12 battle with a 0-16 record. In their last battle, Samuell was overwhelmed by West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 69-5, in a league battle.
