The Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI) basketball felled the visiting Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI), 62-48 in Friday's league test.
The Blue Devils (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Gibraltar (Fish Creek, WI). The Vikings go into the Packerland test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, Gibraltar was beaten by Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 57-12, in a league test.
The Wolves now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Peshtigo for a Packerland test on Tuesday, January 31. Algoma will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 62-36 league win over Sturgeon Bay (Sturgeon Bay, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-6.
