With the win, Cherokee upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Braves travel to Hayesville (Hayesville, NC) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 1A Conference 43 - Big bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Hayesville won 63-51 in their recent non-league bout against Blue Ridge Early College (Cashiers, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC) in a 1A Conference 43 - Big bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Andrews will attempt to upgrade on its 3-18 season record.
