California High School Basketball - Mt. Eden trounces Arroyo

The Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA), 47-26 in Friday's league test.
The Monarchs (9-10) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA). The Pilots go into the West Alameda County - Shoreline test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, St. Joseph Notre Dame walloped Tennyson (Hayward, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
The Dons now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Encinal for a West Alameda County - Shoreline test on Wednesday, February 1. Arroyo will encounter a Jets squad coming off a 55-42 league win over Hayward (Hayward, CA). The Jets record now stands at 8-7.
