Texas High School Basketball - Bangs nudges Winters

In Friday's league outing, the Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Winters Blizzards (Winters, TX), by a count of 27-21.
The Dragons (10-18) will now prepare for their outing against Coleman (Coleman, TX). The Bluecats go into the 2A Region I District 8 outing with a 6-12 record. In their last outing, Coleman nipped Colorado (Colorado City, TX), 31-20, in a league challenge.
Next up, the Blizzards play the Miles Bulldogs (Miles, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Winters will attempt to improve on its 8-19 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 22-7 record after their 41-36 league win over Roscoe (Roscoe, TX).
