In Friday's league match, the visiting Banneker Trojans basketball team scored a decisive 68-29 triumph over the Mays Raiders.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Banneker will attempt to move on its 11-10 season record.
With the defeat, Mays moves to 7-13 on the year. The Raiders travel to Tri-Cities (East Point, GA) to meet the Bulldogs in a AAAAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, January 31. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 11-8. Tri-Cities won 45-37 in their recent league match against Creekside (Fairburn, GA)
