Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX), 56-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Bishop upgrades its record to 24-4 on the season. The Badgers host Harmony School of Excellence (Laredo, TX) to play the Hawks in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Harmony School of Excellence lost 76-23 in their recent league bout against King (Kingsville, TX)

Next up, the Cottonpickers play the Harmony School of Excellence Hawks (Laredo, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout, on Friday, February 3. Robstown will attempt to upgrade on its 4-18 season record.
