The Bowdon Red Devils basketball team (Bowdon, GA), was overwhelmed 76-22 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Temple Tigers (Temple, GA)
The Tigers now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Temple will confront a Lions team coming off a 55-21 league loss to Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Lions record now stands at 11-11.
The Red Devils (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 8-14 record. In their last battle, Haralson County was overwhelmed by Rockmart (Rockmart, GA), 40-38, in a league battle.
