The Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Green Oaks Giants to 18 in the Cavaliers league victory on Friday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Caddo for a 2A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Calvary Baptist Academy will battle a Titans team coming off a 43-13 league loss to Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA). The Titans record now stands at 0-6.
The Giants (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Haynesville (Haynesville, LA). The Golden Tornado come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Haynesville was routed by Plain Dealing (Plain Dealing, LA), 43-42, in a league contest.
