The Clinton Dragons (Clinton, TN) basketball nipped the visiting Scott Highlanders (Huntsville, TN), 47-43 in Friday's league test.
The Dragons (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Fulton (Knoxville, TN). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Fulton got by Sequoyah (Madisonville, TN), 51-45, in a non-league test.
The Highlanders now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Halls for a 3A District 4 test on Monday, January 30. Scott will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 59-47 league win over Anderson County (Clinton, TN). The Red Devils record now stands at 15-7.
