Georgia High School Basketball - Rabun County trounces Commerce

The Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Commerce Tigers (Commerce, GA), 79-27 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats (20-1) will now prepare for their test against Athens Christian (Athens, GA). The Eagles go into the A D1 Region 8 test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, Athens Christian was trounced by Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 59-46, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to George Walton Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Commerce will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-24 non-league win over Stratford Academy (Macon, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-2.
