Texas High School Basketball - Coram Deo Academy nips Grace Community

January 27, 2023: Flower Mound, TX 75022

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Coram Deo Academy Lions (Flower Mound, TX) and the visiting Grace Community Cougars (Tyler, TX), saw Coram Deo Academy's basketball squad hold off Grace Community by a count of 53-51.

With the victory, Coram Deo Academy upgrades its record to 20-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Brighter Horizons Academy (Garland, TX) to play the Stars in a TAPPS 5A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Stars come into the challenge with a record of 3-11.

Next up, the Cougars play the Grapevine Faith Christian Lions (Grapevine, TX) in a TAPPS 5A District 2 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Grace Community will attempt to upgrade on its 26-9 season record.
