Georgia High School Basketball - Trinity Christian thwarts Covenant Academy

The Trinity Christian Crusaders (Dublin, GA) basketball knocked off the host Covenant Academy (Macon, GA), 53-38 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Georgia Military College notched a victory over Hancock Central (Sparta, GA), 45-17, in a league test.
The now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Twiggs Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31. Covenant Academy will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 49-32 league loss to Robert Toombs Christian Academy (Lyons, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-8.
