California High School Basketball - Kern Valley trounced by Desert

January 27, 2023: Edwards AFB, CA 93523

In Friday's league match, the host Desert Scorpions basketball team scored a decisive 71-39 triumph over the Kern Valley Broncs.

In their next game, the Scorpions meet the Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) in a High Desert match, on Tuesday, January 31. Desert will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Broncos enter the match with a 15-4 record after their 43-21 league win over Rosamond (Rosamond, CA).

With the defeat, Kern Valley moves to 13-4 on the year. The Broncs host Frazier Mountain (Lebec, CA) to meet the Falcons in a High Desert match on Tuesday, January 31. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 1-10. Frazier Mountain lost 44-20 in their recent league match against California City (California City, CA)
