North Carolina High School Basketball - Patton trounced by East Rutherford

The East Rutherford Cavaliers routed the host Patton Panthers basketball team by a final score of 70-25 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC) in a 2A Conference 41 game, on Tuesday, January 31. East Rutherford will attempt to move on its 19-2 season record. The Bearcats enter the game with a 14-6 record after their 53-15 league win over Chase (Forest City, NC).
