The Eek Cougars basketball team scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Kwigillingok Eagles to 18 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record.
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat (Quinhagak, AK). The Seahawks come into the 1A Alaska Coastal contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat prevailed over Lewis Angapak (Tuntutuliak, AK), 54-46, in a league contest.
