Massachusetts High School Basketball - Tahanto Regional can't hold off Gardner

The Gardner Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Tahanto Regional Stags to 47 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ayer Shirley for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Gardner will battle a Panthers team coming off a 47-29 non-league win over Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-1.
The Stags (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Boylston (West Boylston, MA). The Lions enter the Midland-Wachusett D contest with a 2-1 record.
