The Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) basketball felled the visiting New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL), 70-55 in Friday's league test.
The Titans (19-5) will now prepare for their test against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 15-10 record. In their last test, Rolling Meadows thwarted Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL), 62-20, in a league test.
The Trevians now own a 15-11 record. They play next when they host Lake Zurich for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. New Trier will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 42-28 league win over Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Bears record now stands at 20-5.
