California High School Basketball - Mira Monte tipped by Golden Valley

The Golden Valley Bulldogs basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Mira Monte Lions to 49 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arvin for a South Yosemite - Horizon contest on Wednesday, February 1. Golden Valley will meet a Bears team coming off a 55-43 non-league win over Selma (Selma, CA). The Bears record now stands at 8-16.
The Lions (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against North (Bakersfield, CA). The Stars enter the non-league contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, North was nudged by West (Bakersfield, CA), 55-54, in a league contest.
