The Marion Mustangs basketball team (Marion, WI), was overwhelmed 50-24 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Gresham Community Wildcats (Gresham, WI)
The Wildcats now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Three Lakes for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Gresham Community will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 62-22 league loss to Crandon (Crandon, WI). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-8.
The Mustangs (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Christian (Oshkosh, WI). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Valley Christian was overwhelmed by Sheboygan County Christian (Sheboygan, WI), 56-29, in a non-league battle.
