The Jennings Bulldogs basketball team (Jennings, LA), was nudged 42-38 in Friday's league battle with the host Kinder Yellowjackets (Kinder, LA)
The Yellowjackets now possess a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iota for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Kinder will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-28 league win over Ville Platte (Ville Platte, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-7.
The Bulldogs (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights come into the 3A District 3 battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, South Beauregard edged Iowa (Iowa, LA), 61-20, in a league battle.
