The Judson Rockets basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting New Braunfels Unicorns to 42 in the Rockets league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now sport a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Central for a 6A Region IV District 27 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Judson will battle a Hornets team coming off a 49-34 league win over San Marcos (San Marcos, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 23-10.

The Unicorns (14-18) will now prepare for their contest against Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Knights enter the 6A Region IV District 27 contest with a 22-11 record. In their last contest, Steele ran past Clemens (Schertz, TX), 65-55, in a league contest.
