The Wardlaw Academy Patriots basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting King Academy Knights to 21 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Community Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, January 30. Wardlaw Academy will meet a Ambassadors team coming off a 61-23 league loss to Curtis Baptist (Augusta, GA). The Ambassadors record now stands at 0-6.

The Knights (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Newberry Academy (Newberry, SC). The enter the SCISA A Region IV contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Newberry Academy was defeated by Cambridge Academy (Greenwood, SC), 58-14, in a league contest.
