Texas High School Basketball - Boyd overwhelmed by Little Elm

The Boyd Broncos basketball team (McKinney, TX), was overwhelmed 62-27 in Friday's league battle with the host Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX)

The Lobos now possess a 24-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Hill for a 6A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Little Elm will confront a Blue Hawks team coming off a 55-41 league loss to Guyer (Denton, TX). The Blue Hawks record now stands at 13-14.

The Broncos (6-19) will now prepare for their battle against McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Lions come into the 6A Region I District 5 battle with a 18-9 record. In their last battle, McKinney trounced Allen (Allen, TX), 55-51, in a league battle.
