With the victory, Los Fresnos upgrades its record to 25-8 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Hanna (Brownsville, TX) to play the Golden Eagles in a 6A Region IV District 32 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 11-22. Hanna lost 82-26 in their recent league bout against Harlingen (Harlingen, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Rivera Raiders (Brownsville, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 32 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Weslaco will attempt to upgrade on its 26-8 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 14-13 record after their 30-21 league win over San Benito (San Benito, TX).
