The Bears now possess a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sweetwater for a 2A District 3 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Tellico Plains will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 43-8 league loss to McMinn Central (Englewood, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-9.

The Redskins (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Roane County (Kingston, TN). The Yellowjackets come into the 2A District 3 battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Roane County was toppled by Meigs County (Decatur, TN), 57-52, in a league battle.
