South Shore Vo-Tech Vikings (Hanover, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Old Colony RVT Cougars (Rochester, MA), 41-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, South Shore Vo-Tech upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Cape Cod RVT (Harwich, MA) to play the Crusaders in a Mayflower 2 match on Tuesday, January 31. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Cougars play the Norfolk County Agricultural Rams (Walpole, MA) in a Mayflower 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Old Colony RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
