Georgia High School Basketball - Peach County knocked off by Veterans

The Veterans Warhawks basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Peach County Trojans to 51 in the Warhawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warhawks now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Veterans will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-57 league win over Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-11.

The Trojans (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Dublin (Dublin, GA). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Dublin was defeated by Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA), 62-45, in a league contest.
