The Quitman Panthers (Quitman, MS) basketball crushed the host Richland Rangers (Richland, MS), 59-32 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (15-10) will now prepare for their test against Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS). The Tigers go into the 4A Region 5 test with a 9-9 record.

The Rangers now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast Jones for a 4A Region 5 test on Thursday, February 2.
