In Friday's league outing, the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) basketball squad beat the host Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA), by a count of 75-56.

The Stallions (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams go into the District 4 outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Robinson was topped by West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 35-33, in a league outing.

The Cavaliers now hold a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to West Springfield for a District 4 outing on Tuesday, January 31. Woodson will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 66-24 league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 12-6.
