The Worth County Rams (Sylvester, GA) basketball nipped the host Wilcox County Patriots (Rochelle, GA), 44-39 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rams (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Schley County (Ellaville, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Schley County got by Macon County (Montezuma, GA), 56-46, in a league test.

The Patriots now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Dooly County for a A D2 Region 4 test on Saturday, January 28. Wilcox County will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 58-18 league loss to Treutlen (Soperton, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-14.
