Texas High School Soccer - Frenship knocks off Amarillo

Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers face the Midland Legacy Rebels (Midland, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 2 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Frenship will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Tascosa (Amarillo, TX).
The Sandies now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Odessa for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. Amarillo will face a Bronchos team coming off a 0-0 non-league Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Bronchos record now stands at 4-4.
