The California Military Institute Rough Riders basketball team (Perris, CA), was overwhelmed 53-27 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA)

The Rangers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School for a battle on Friday, February 3. Santa Rosa Academy will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 28-20 league loss to California Military Institute (Perris, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-6.

The Rough Riders (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA). The Patriots come into the battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Temecula Prep was overwhelmed by Santa Rosa Academy (Menifee, CA), 58-31, in a league battle.
