The King George Foxes (King George, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA), 48-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Foxes (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Chancellor was tipped by Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA), 55-44, in a league test.
The Cavaliers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Courtland for a test on Tuesday, January 31. Caroline will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 55-44 league win over Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 14-2.
