The Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) basketball nipped the host Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC), 46-44 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptor go into the non-league test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Mountain Island Charter was tipped by Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 61-43, in a non-league test.
The Crusaders now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Langtree Charter for a test on Tuesday, January 31. Christ the King will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 62-13 non-league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 0-15.
