North Carolina High School Basketball - North Surry trounces Forbush

The North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC) basketball crushed the host Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC), 71-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (14-4) will now prepare for their test against West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC). The Blackhawks go into the non-league test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, West Wilkes was trounced by North Wilkes (Hays, NC), 61-48, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Surry Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31. Forbush will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 40-32 non-league win over Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-7.
