Lawndale Cardinals (Lawndale, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA), 79-76 in a league bout.

With the win, Lawndale upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season.

Next up, the Wolves clash with the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Wiseburn- Da Vinci will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Saxons go into the bout with a 16-8 record after their 68-25 league win over Lawndale (Lawndale, CA).
