The crowd at Friday's league test between the Chapin Huskies (El Paso, TX) and the host Canutillo Eagles (Canutillo, TX), saw Chapin's soccer squad get by Canutillo by a margin of 2-1.
The Huskies now sport a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to El Paso for a 5A Region 1 District 1 test on Tuesday, January 31. Chapin will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Burges (El Paso, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Canutillo drops to 4-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Jefferson (El Paso, TX) to meet the Silver Foxes in a 5A Region 1 District 1 test on Tuesday, January 31. The Silver Foxes come into the test with a record of 5-6. Jefferson lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Andress (El Paso, TX)
