Templeton Eagles (Templeton, CA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting St. Joseph Knights (Santa Maria, CA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the Orcutt Academy Spartans (Orcutt, CA) in a Central Coast Athletic challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Templeton will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA).

The Knights now have a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they host Morro Bay for a Central Coast Athletic challenge on Monday, January 30. St. Joseph will face a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 league win over Orcutt Academy (Orcutt, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
