With the victory, Alleghany improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Patrick County (Stuart, VA) to confront the Cougars in a Three Rivers challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-14. Patrick County lost 58-47 in their recent league challenge against Floyd County (Floyd, VA)

Next up, the Indians confront the Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) in a Shenandoah challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Fort Defiance will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Gladiators come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 80-48 league loss to Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA).
