Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop McCort ripped by Westmont Hilltop

In Saturday's league match, the host Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers basketball team scored a decisive 59-37 triumph over the Bishop McCort Crushers.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers meet the Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA) in a Laurel Highlands match, on Wednesday, January 31. Westmont Hilltop will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 10-6 record after their 70-58 league win over Richland (Johnstown, PA).

With the defeat, Bishop McCort moves to 9-7 on the year. The Crushers host Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA) to meet the Lions in a Laurel Highlands match on Monday, January 29. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Chestnut Ridge won 75-51 in their recent league challenge against Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA)
