Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bolton Bulldogs (Bolton, CT), 73-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Ellington upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Knights host Windsor Locks (Windsor Locks, CT) to clash with the Raiders in a North Central Connecticut bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Windsor Locks won 76-39 in their recent league bout against Bolton (Bolton, CT)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Sports & Medical Sciences Academy Tigers (Hartford, CT) in a North Central Connecticut bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Bolton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 89-27 league win over East Windsor (East Windsor, CT).
