With the victory, Fordyce improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Redbugs host Ouachita (Donaldson, AR) to play the Warriors in a 2A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 12-14. Ouachita lost 75-57 in their recent league challenge against Junction City (Junction City, AR)

Next up, the Go-Devils play the Murfreesboro Rattlers (Murfreesboro, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. Gurdon will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 71-49 league win over Caddo Hills (Norman, AR).
