The Lambert/Richey R&L Fusion basketball team (Lambert, MT), dropped 54-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Plevna Cougars (Plevna, MT)

The Cougars now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carter County for a C District 4 battle on Friday, February 2.

The R&L Fusion (0-11) will now prepare for their battle against MonDak [Westby/Grenora] (Westby, MT). The Mon-Dak Thunder come into the C District 2 battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, MonDak [Westby/Grenora] dropped by Culbertson (Culbertson, MT), 56-33, in a league battle.
