In Saturday's league challenge, the host Mammoth Spring Bears basketball squad scored a big 71-26 victory over the Ridgefield Christian Warriors.

With the victory, Mammoth Spring improves its record to 21-7 on the campaign. The Bears host Salem (Salem, AR) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 3-15.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles (Strawberry, AR) in a 1A Region 3 challenge, on Monday, January 29. Ridgefield Christian will attempt to improve on its 8-20 season record. The Screamin Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-21 record after their 59-53 non-league win over Hoxie (Hoxie, AR).
