Idaho High School Basketball - Marsing can't hold off Melba

The Melba Mustangs basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Marsing Huskies to 53 in the Mustangs league victory on Saturday.
The Mustangs now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cole Valley Christian for a 2A Western Idaho contest on Wednesday, January 31. Melba will battle a Chargers team coming off a 65-28 league win over North Star (Eagle, ID). The Chargers record now stands at 15-1.
The Huskies (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Trojans come into the 2A Western Idaho contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Nampa Christian was nudged by The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID), 73-55, in a league contest.
