The Wells Leopards tipped the visiting McDermitt Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 38-32 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Leopards face the Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. Wells will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 10-3 record after their 54-26 league win over Beatty (Beatty, NV).

With the defeat, McDermitt moves to 2-15 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Carlin (Carlin, NV) to face the Railroaders in a 1A East game on Wednesday, January 31. The Railroaders enter the game with a record of 1-16.
